How to Place an Order

In order to place an order from, there are few steps explained as follows:

You have to be Registered User or you can check out as Guest in order to purchase an item. If you are not registered then you can simply click on "Create an Account" link on top right side of our homepage. 

A registered user can simply "Login" using their username and password on top right hand corner of our homepage. A registered user will have all the addresses saved of their loved ones once user sends the gift. All the items in the shopping cart will automatically be saved once you add any item in the shopping cart, so that there is an option for you to buy those items later  without wasting your time.
Selection of an item:
You can select an item from our categories on left hand side of our homepage. There are numbers of sub-categories to make it easier to select the gift item. You will also find a special occasion category on the top bar of our homepage in order to save your time choosing gift item for different occasion like Anniversary, Birthday, Graduation & special gifts etc. You can select any item to purchase by clicking on "Add to Cart" button located under the preferred item.  You can continue shopping to add more items in the same way. If you want to get more information about the item or view a bigger picture, you can click on the product image or the product name in the preferred item. 
Cart Contents
You can view cart contents to check what items are chosen by simply clicking "Shopping Cart" link on top left corner or a drop down link next to Currency icon on the top right hand side. You can type in the "Quantity" box to update and delete the cart contents or to remove any items. Your Cart Content will be saved until you purchase the item. You can continue shopping or click to place an order by clicking "Checkout" button. 
Note: Minimum order requirement is US $10.00 is recommended and an additional delivery charge is added depending upon your delivery address
in the Checkout page, you can write, modify and add new billing and delivery details, payment method, click "Continue" to proceed further and check-on the terms and condition for to confirm your order.
Delivery Details:
By Default, Delivery address will be same as the billing address. But you can add any new addresses by simply filling a recipient form, which will be automatically saved in your address book for saving your time in near future. You can select the desired delivery date and the small note for the recipient. Click on "Continue" button to continue shopping.
Payment Details:
a) For International Customers (orders placed from Abroad):
Customers placing order from Abroad: As soon as you select products and click checkout, you will be automatically forwarded to our secure PayPal site for payment with title F1Soft International Pte. Ltd, which is our merchant partner. You may pay with your PayPal account or you will be asked to fill the credit card details. You need to click "Submit" button to continue. Your payment will be processed automatically if the entered information matches as on your credit card like your credit card details and address details. Once the payment process is completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail receipt from as "PAYPAL *F1SOFTINTER" -Payment sent to
(All online transactions are handled by our merchant partner F1 Soft International Pte. Ltd) and you will also receive an e-mail from with your purchase details.
NOTE: All of our transactions are processed within the secure server provided by PayPal, a US based company that handles all our credit card transactions.
b)For Customer from inside Nepal
   We recommend customers from inside Nepal to choose NRS currency to place an order. We accept payment from any of the following methods
  • SCT nPay ( SCT Card)
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Global IME Bank Ltd. E-Banking
  • Bank Deposit
